Cotton Belt Rail Corridor Project Focus of Tonight’s Community Open House

three men viewing map_edit2DART is hosting a Community Open House tonight at the Richardson Civic Center. North Texans are encouraged to attend the 6:30 p.m. meeting for an update on the progress of the Cotton Belt Regional Rail Corridor Project. Attendees will learn about existing conditions along the corridor and information learned in the data collection phase of the project. Open house displays will include:
  • Updated alignment drawings and station layout
  • Results of Traffic/Grade Separation Analysis
  • Identification of existing conditions along corridor including, parks, cultural resources, land uses, etc.
The Richardson Civic Center is located at 411 West Arapaho Road in Richardson. DART will host the final open house in this series Sept. 25, in Parkhill Junior High School’s cafeteria, located at 16500 Shady Bank Drive in Dallas. That meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Click here to learn more.
