Check out a few of the weekend’s DARTable offerings: Friday, Nov. 24  Holiday Wonder is a new, family-friendly event at Fair Park. The outdoor, walk-through winter wonderland features holiday-themed Chinese lanterns and a host of other attractions: the two-story Santa's Arctic Slide, snowball throwing, music, dance and some world-class acrobatics. This is the first weekend of its run, and the weather promises to be great. Fair Park is right on the Green Line, accessible by Fair Park or MLK, Jr. stations. Saturday, Nov. 25 It’s the first day of Holly Jolly Holidays at Reunion Tower, where Santa and his elves will be spreading holiday cheer with trips to the GeO-Deck. Take photos with Santa and enjoy tasty treats from Cloud Nine Café. The Animal Adventures team will showcase a mixture of mammals, birds and reptiles from the Dallas Zoo – up close and 470 feet in the air. This unforgettable event takes place every Saturday through December 23, as well as Dec. 3, 8, 10 and 15. Reunion Tower is accessible via a pedestrian tunnel from Union Station, which is served by the Red and Blue lines, as well as the Trinity railway Express (TRE). In Richardson, Chamberlain Performing Arts presents The Nutcracker, featuring New York City Ballet Principal Dancers Tiler Peck and Tyler Angle. The seasonal favorite happens at the Eisemann Center, a few steps from Galatyn Park Station on the Red Line. For a break from the holiday theme, check out The Three Musketeers at Plano’s Cox Building Playhouse, near Downtown Plano Station on the Red Line. In this fun production – which gets its first performance tonight -- the audience is encouraged to cheer for the good guys, boo and hiss the bad guys and join in with the characters on stage. There’s plenty of enjoyment here for kids and adults alike. Sunday, Nov. 26 And if you crave something exotic, Fierce Loyalty: A Samurai Complete is a permanent exhibition at the Crow Collection of Asian Art that will spark your imagination. If you haven’t checked it out yet, today would be a great day to do it. It showcases some of the collection’s most spectacular pieces – including a complete set of samurai armor dating from the 1700s that is one of the finest specimens of its kind in the world. The Crow Collection is always free, and it’s about three blocks from either St. Paul or Pearl/Arts District Stations.
