Music Made Here is Garland's vibrant concert series featuring some of the best in local musical talent. Tonight, check out Heartbyrne, a tribute to the Talking Heads and David Byrne. In addition to the music, enjoy food from local restaurants and treat the kids to the fun activity area. The event takes place in Downtown Garland Square, a short walk from the Blue Line’s Downtown Garland Station.

King Arthur & Merlin: A Tale of Sword & Sorcery is the world premiere of a rollicking, ridiculous take on the legend of Camelot. The comedy runs through Aug. 22 at Pocket Sandwich Theatre, walkable from Downtown Carrollton Station on the Blue and Silver lines.

Grease features hits like “Summer Nights” and “You’re the One That I Want.” Go back to 1959 to visit the gang at Rydell High and check in on Danny and Sandy. Will their summer romance survive senior year? Find out through Aug. 23 at The Firehouse Theatre, near Farmers Branch Station on the Green Line.
