DART’s front-line employees keep our communities moving. Meet Edrienne Webster, DART Station Concierge.

A note from Edrienne:

I have been at DART for five years. I love what I do because I completely adore assisting anyone in need. I also enjoy enhancing my level of engagement between coworkers and customers from all walks of life. I believe that each opportunity for interaction creates a strong possibility to provide a positive, transformational outcome.

As a floating concierge, a day of work for me is 100% unpredictable and my duties can change within the blink of an eye. I could be assisting a customer with a friendly greeting and information on utilizing the DART System, and next I’m escorting an elderly customer safely to the correct bus bay. I may converse with our awesome bus and rail operators to ensure customers get to their destination, or I might be notifying paramedics and police of a health emergency on DART property.

My words of inspiration for others during this difficult time: Where your focus goes, your energy flows.
