With severe winter weather including heavy snow accumulation expected by the National Weather Service (NWS), DART is implementing Operating Scenario 1 of our Severe Winter Weather Operating Plans beginning on Sunday, Feb. 14, at 11:00 p.m. through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 15.
In Operating Scenario 1, DART Rail operates within the approximate boundaries of the LBJ loop using a combination of rail and shuttle buses when limited rail service is permitted. The Dallas Streetcar will not operate during this time.
Starting at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 14, trains operate between these stations:
- Red Line: LBJ/Central - 8th & Corinth
- Blue Line: LBJ/Skillman - 8th & Corinth
- Green Line: Farmers Branch - Lawnview
- Orange Line: Irving Convention Center - LBJ/Central
Customers using stations outside of these limits will ride shuttle buses to stations that are in service. Passengers should look for the red "Rail Disruption" bus stop signs located near each station to board a shuttle bus.
On
Monday, DART bus routes will operate on normal
Saturday schedules with limited service added on express routes 206, 208, 278, 283, and local routes 63 and 362.
DART Paratransit will be operating Holiday service on Monday, February 15. This means all subscription trips will be canceled, with the exception of dialysis service. Customers who need to book trips for Monday can contact reservations at (214) 515-7272 or through the web portal at
www.dart.org/ridepara.
DART will continue to monitor the weather conditions across the North Texas area for the safety of our passengers and employees. As the weather changes, stay informed about additional service changes by registering for DART Alerts at
