My name is Irene Pena, and I am a reservationist with the DART MV 214 division. I have been with the company since July 2019.

I love helping people with their transit needs. My days regularly consist of taking the phone calls of paratransit customers who are in need of booking rides, as well as answering their questions and concerns to the best of my abilities.
