Walk Against Hate
Break out your walkin’ shoes! Dallas’ first
Walk Against Hate takes place this Sunday, Sept. 15, in and around Victory Plaza. And DART is the best way to get there.
The two-mile walk, hosed by Anti-Defamation League (ADL), is a fundraiser for that organization. For more than 100 years, the ADL has championed civil rights, fought anti-Semitism and confronted inequality. Anybody who wants to participate is invited, but you must register. To find out more, visit

In addition to the walk, there’s an Entertainment and Diversity Expo in Victory Plaza. Local non-profits will be on hand to share the good works they do. The expo takes place from 8-11 a.m.; the walk starts at 9:30 a.m., with check-in at 8 a.m.
Walk Against Hate is a great way to stretch your legs on a Sunday morning, meet like-minded folks from our richly diverse region, and take a stand against injustice. The plaza is just on the other side of American Airlines Center from Victory Station on the Green and Orange lines.
