Original entry: Representatives from DART, the City of Dallas and other stakeholders will be available Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Methodist Dallas Medical Center's Hitt Auditorium (1441 N. Beckley Ave., Dallas) to answer questions and share general information about the Dallas Streetcar, which is scheduled to begin service on April 13. Residents, businesses and stakeholders near the project area are invited to meet Dallas Streetcar project representatives to discuss the following: • Start of service • Hours of operation • Route and stops • Streetcar safety education DART Bus routes 722 (D-Link), 21, 42 and 522 serve the area, or free parking is available at the surface lot in front of Hitt Auditorium, off of Colorado Boulevard. To enter, turn in at the traffic light at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Bishop Avenue. If the surface lot becomes full, additional free parking will be available in the garage directly below the surface lot. The garage is accessible from Colorado Boulevard, just before Haines Avenue.
