GoLInk StreetSide A new way to get around is rolling into downtown Dallas – GoLink. This on-demand, curb-to-curb shuttle service makes getting to places like Klyde Warren Park, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Farmers Market, Deep Ellum, Dallas City Hall and anywhere else you want to go in the downtown area easy and convenient. You can catch a GoLink ride beginning March 25.  Here’s what you need to know:
  • GoLink is not a fixed route. You choose your pick-up and drop-off location.
  • Rides are available seven days a week, from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • You can ride GoLink at no additional cost with any valid DART fare.
  • Don’t have a valid DART fare? Not a problem. You can purchase the GoLink Downtown One-way $1 fare (per person, per trip) through the GoPass app or pay with cash on board.
  • You can schedule a ride on GoLink from the GoPass app (make sure you have the latest version). Simply select “Plan” within the app and enter your location and destination information. Next, choose your desired trip option – GoLink, which will appear as a choice if it is available for your itinerary.
  • Don’t have a smartphone? You can book your trip by calling 214-452-1827. Phone reservations must be made at least 30 minutes in advance.
  • D-Link fixed-route service is no longer available in downtown Dallas as of March 24.
