Seniors are invited to join DART on Thursday, May 26, for an information and health fair celebrating older Americans. This free, annual event is back this year as an in-person event at the Historic Centennial Hall at Fair Park.

Discover resources and services that will help you lead an independent and healthy life in your golden years. Get free health screenings, receive door prizes and giveaways, and enjoy live entertainment from the Dallas Tap Dazzlers, Ms. Senior America, Skyline Jazz Band, and more.

Every May, the U.S. Administration on Aging, part of the Administration for Community Living, leads our nation's observance of Older American's Month, which celebrates the many ways in which older adults make a difference in our communities.

This year’s theme, “Age My Way,” is an opportunity for all of us to explore the many ways older adults can plan to stay in their homes and live independently in their communities for as long as possible.

The event takes place from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Centennial Hall in Fair Park – a short walk from Fair Park Station on the Green Line.
