Welcome to National Safety Month. Today we join the National Safety Council to echo the theme “No One Gets Hurt.” We stand halfway through the year and, as always, our priority stays keeping you safe. Check out how our efforts in 2018 stack up so far:

Miller Lite Free Rides When the clock struck midnight Jan. 1, DART stayed your safe ride home.

Cameras and Officers DART continues to make transit safer and more reliable with more cameras and officers on platforms, buses and trains.

DART Say Something App You can report safety concerns to DART Police with the new DART Say Something Safety and Security App. Send text, photos and videos, communicate two-way and share your location with DART Police.

Don’t have a smartphone? Don’t worry. Call the system’s text-a-tip service at 214-256-1819.

For more information about the new DART Say Something app, visit: http://www.dart.org/riding/dartpoliceelerts.asp.

March 7 Security Blitz DART Police and transit employees encouraged you to download the new DART Say Something Safety and Security App. Thanks for spending time with us early that morning.

St. Patrick’s Day Sometimes going green means using an alternative to drinking and driving. We teamed up with Mothers Against Drunk Driving to help you do just that and celebrate the largest St. Patrick's Parade in the Southwest.

New GoPass® Version When you download or update the newest GoPass® app version, you’ll find that quicker also means safer.

Experience what it means to connect to the places you want to go with the app’s cash to mobile capabilities, real-time trip planning and security options.

The year remains far from over, and so do our efforts to keep you safe. Stay tuned this month to see how we respect your ride and continue to look out for your safety.
