The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. at the corner of Lamar and Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and follows Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. to the fairgrounds. The festival afterwards starts at Noon and is a day for the family to enjoy live entertainment, education, food, music, giveaways and more. Admission to the festival is free.
