• Ride the DART Rail Green Line to Fair Park Station or MLK, Jr. Station Monday for the 29th Annual Elite News Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade and Festival. The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. at the corner of Lamar and Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and follows Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. to the fairgrounds. The festival afterwards starts at Noon and is a day for the family to enjoy live entertainment, education, food, music, giveaways and more. Admission to the festival is free. The festival is held in the Grand Place Building in Fair Park. Information: dfwelitenews.net. • Ride the DART Rail Red Line, Blue Line, Green Line or Orange Line to St. Paul Station this weekend for the RIFF: Rhythm in Fusion Festivalfeaturing tap, body percussion, Flamenco, Irish Step Dance, Swing Dance and more. The Rhythm in Fusion Festival is the first annual Tap Festival to take place in Dallas. The Festival will bring in top international artists, choreographers, and industry professionals, giving the dance community a taste of the tap festival scene that has been exploding in popularity all over the world.
