Celebrate Black History Month at Akard Station in downtown Dallas. DART is hosting a Music Station Tuesday, Feb. 14, from 4-5:30 p.m. The event will feature spoken-word and live music.

This year’s performers:

• Black Ceasar is a Dallas-based Emmy-nominated poet, author and activist. He will have a spoken-word performance.
• Kamica King is a local soul singer-songwriter and live performer.  Seamlessly blending genres, Kamica weaves story and song together to inspire and uplift.

This month, DART is celebrating the cultural history of African Americans and their contributions to society and culture. Follow and share at #DARTCelebratesHeritage on social media to join in.

DART staff will also be on-site with promotional giveaways and helpful information.
