It’s a highly DARTable weekend for theatergoers and lovers of classic music. Read on to see where DART can take you.

Friday, Jan. 26

I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change takes on the truths and myths of contemporary dating. This revised-for-the-21st-century version features two new songs, plus revised lyrics and dialogue. Catch the entertaining play – which was the longest-running revue in off-Broadway history – at the Eisemann Center through Feb. 11. The venue is right across the plaza from the Red Line’s Galatyn Park Station.

Tina: The Tina Turner Musical tells the tale of a woman who broke barriers and became the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll. Experience the performance at the Music Hall at Fair Park through Feb. 4. Get there by taking the Green Line to Fair Park Station.

Brian Regan has two Netflix specials and own Netflix series coproduced by Jerry Seinfeld. See the comedian at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory, walkable from the Orange Line’s Irving Convention Center Station. You can also take Bus Route 227.

Friday, Jan. 6-Sunday, Jan. 28

Rajaton Sings Queen features Finnish phenom Rajaton revisiting favorite Queen songs with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. The six-person singing group performs all the favorites, including “Bohemian Rhapsody.” Catch the show at the Meyerson Symphony Center, walkable from Pearl/Arts District Station on all four DART Rail lines, or the M-Line trolley.

Saturday, Jan. 27

Judy Collins brings five decades – and 50 albums – of material to Richardson. The iconic singer-songwriter will be joined by the Richardson Symphony Orchestra at the Eisemann Center. The venue is right across the plaza from the Red Line’s Galatyn Park Station.

Sunday, Jan. 28

Abraham Ángel: Between Wonder and Seduction features nearly all the artist’s works. His unique style captured the rapidly changing Mexico of the 20th century. This is your last chance to see his vibrant paintings; the exhibition closes after today. See it at the Dallas Museum of Art, walkable from St. Paul Station on all four DART Rail lines, or from the M-Line trolley.
