Queen + Adam Lambert brings original bandmembers Brian May and Roger Taylor together with front man Adam Lambert for an evening of the most classic of classic rock. The two-and-a-half-hour performance spans Queen’s entire career. Catch the “Rhapsody Tour” at American Airlines Center, served by Victory Station on the Green and Orange lines. You can also take the Trinity Railway Express (TRE).

Vignette Art Fair promotes, supports, and connects Texas women in the arts. The juried event showcases nearly 50 women artists hailing from throughout the Lone Star State. Check out the event at Dallas Market Hall, walkable from Market Center Station on the Green and Orange lines.

Two Kids in the Universe is the English-language premiere of a work by Venezuelan Gustavo Ott. The play tells the tale tale of an extraordinary friendship between two elementary school students who confront the violence that threatens them. See the Teatro Dallas production through Nov. 19 at the Latino Cultural Center, just down the street from the Green Line’s Deep Ellum Station.

El Tri was one of the first Mexican rock bands when they hit the scene 55 years ago, and they’re celebrating that anniversary with a U.S. tour. See the Mexican rock pioneers at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory, walkable from the Orange Line’s Irving Convention Center Station. You can also take Bus Route 227.

DART's 40th Anniversary celebrations continue and this weekend we have a pair of events you don't want to miss. DART will have a booth at both city events, the Switchyard Festival in Carrollton and the Culture in the Core event at Richardson. Come celebrate with us for our 40th anniversary. We will be having fun games and prizes as well as promotional giveaways.

Dallas Observer Tacolandia  features some of North Texas’ best taquerias, and gives awards for the best tacos in various categories. There are also cash bars and live music. The event happens at Energy Square, just around the corner from Lovers Lane Station on the Red and Orange Lines.

Jazz Under the Stars showcases innovative and original jazz. Featured artists include Carmen Bradtora, Ephraim Owens Bradford, and John Mills. There are free wine and spirits samples, plus a cash bar. Since the event is at Klyde Warren Park, you can count on a plentiful array of food trucks. The park is walkable from St. Paul Station on all four DART Rail lines, and the M-Line trolley puts you right there.

American Landscapes is a musical celebration of America’s beauty, with compositions inspired by the sights and sounds of the country. The concert by the Richardson Symphony Orchestra features live classical music paired with coordinated imagery. See the multimedia performance at the Eisemann Center. The venue right across the plaza from the Red Line’s Galatyn Park Station.
