Public transportation is eco-friendly by nature. Buses, trains, streetcars and vanpools take single-occupancy vehicles off our congested roadways. Fewer vehicles and faster commutes lower the emissions of greenhouse gases and other pollution. What other ways can we reduce harmful emissions? Register for EarthxTransportation and find out!

EarthxTransportation is being held April 26 at Fair Park in Dallas, in conjunction with a bigger EarthX event that features three days of exhibitions, a film festival, music, entertainment, learning experiences, discussions, forums and conferences. Earthx2019 event brings together concerned environmental citizens, educators, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and thought leaders to spur conversations on how we call can play a part in creating solutions for a sustainable future.

At EarthxTransportation, transportation experts will share their knowledge and insight on new vehicle technologies in the school bus, and emergency response and delivery sectors will provide hands-on information on the benefits of transitioning their fleets to more efficient, cleaner vehicles.

Registration is required for EarthxTransportation and you can learn more at earthx.org/conference/earthxtransportation/

“Water for All” is the theme for Earthx2019 taking place April 26-28 at Fair Park. To attend Earthx2019, ride DART’s Green Line to Fair Park Station and the entrance gates to Fair Park lie steps away.

DARTPlusBannerDART is making major improvements. To create a smoother ride through downtown Dallas and reduce service interruptions, track improvements and rail replacement will begin March 30 and last for roughly six months. During that time, DART Rail in downtown Dallas will be discontinued each weekend between Pearl/Arts District Station and West End Station. Separate shuttle routes will be in operation. Thanks for bearing with us as we build a better future for North Texas. DART.org/Plus.
