Our front-line employees shine a light in our communities. Meet Kenneth Sims, DART Station Concierge.
A note from Kenneth:
My name is Kenneth Sims, and I am a station concierge. I’ve been with DART for 14 years.
I love doing what I do because it allows me to help others. My job allows me to make an impact on visitors, my coworkers and customers who are having a bad day.
A day at work is very busy and very fast-paced, especially during rush hour. I’m usually giving directions, planning for buses being late or having detours, being a teammate to my coworkers and staying positive throughout the day.
My words of Inspiration for others during this difficult time: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear … .” Psalm 46: 1-2 (ESV)
