Understanding the responsibility that DART has for the communities it serves, the organization cares about the food insecurity issues facing some of its riders.
Using vacant DART property, the agency partnered with Restorative Farms to establish the Hatcher Station Training Farm. That is where the “seed” for these markets began to grow.
DART will continue to collaborate with partners to make fresh food more accessible!
