DART is redesigning its entire bus network to better serve you. And we bet you have questions and opinions.

Known as DARTzoom: A New Bus Network, the agency will implement the new five-year bus service plan in January 2022.

So, what will these changes mean for you? Among other things, these changes will mean:

  • Greater access to jobs
  • Better frequencies and longer service hours
  • Routes that are more direct
  • Additional coverage provided with GoLink
  • Timed connections for better crosstown trips

Rider input is in important piece of the process. On Wednesday, June 2, at 11 a.m., DART will host our second live event in the series: “On the Menu: DARTzoom Bus Network Redesign.”

To watch and participate, visit our Facebook page or our YouTube channel and hear from our panel of experts. We will take questions during the one-hour live event and we'll try to answer many of them live. All questions and comments will be collected for the DART Service Planning team to consider.

Our panel of experts include:

  • Rob Smith, DART Interim Vice President of Planning and Development
  • Dawn Dorman, DART Community Affairs Representative
  • Carlos Huerta, DART Community Affairs Representative
  • Sherri Plunk, DART Police Lieutenant
