My name is Anthony Craig. I am a Customer Care Representative with more than nine years of service with DART. I enjoy serving and working with people, especially helping those customers in need. A typical day consists of receiving calls from daily riders who have concerns, commendations, suggestions and inquiries. I would say to everyone we will get through this together.
